Where does Dream Radius run?
On your own server. Each Dream Radius installation is a self-contained Docker stack — panel, API, PostgreSQL, Redis and FreeRADIUS — deployed on hardware or a VPS you control. Your subscriber data never lives on our infrastructure. The same is true of NAT Syslog and Dream Billing App.
Can I migrate from my current billing panel?
Yes. Customers and packages import in bulk, keeping usernames, passwords and expiry dates intact, so subscribers reconnect without noticing the switch. Tell us what you're migrating from and we'll walk the path with you.
Can the three products run on one server?
For most ISPs, yes. Dream Radius and Dream Billing share a Docker stack comfortably; NAT Syslog's ClickHouse store is happier with its own disk once event volume climbs. Tell us your subscriber count and we'll advise the split.
What does the trial include?
Whichever products you asked for, complete and unrestricted for 3 days — every module, all six reseller tiers, real FreeRADIUS — on your own server with a trial licence. It's the same software paying customers run, not a demo build, and there is no capacity cap during the trial.
What do I need to start a trial?
A Linux server or VPS you control. If you don't have one yet, say so on the trial form and we'll advise specs for your subscriber count before you spend anything.
What happens when the trial ends?
The installation and every byte of data stay on your server. Continuing is a license change, not a migration — and if you walk away, there's nothing to cancel and nothing held hostage.
Where does Dream Billing App run?
On your own server, same as the other two — a self-contained Docker stack alongside your existing installation. Your customers, invoices and ledgers stay in a database you control.
