The billing app generates invoices from the packages and expiries Dream Radius already manages, and writes payments back so the link comes up when the money lands. That sync is the product, which is why there is no standalone price — pick a Dream Radius + Billing or all-three tier above and it is included, sized by billing staff accounts.

FAQ
Pricing questions, answered straight.
How is my installation licensed?
A machine-bound, cryptographically signed license issued by our license server. The installation checks in periodically and keeps a rolling 5-day offline grace window, so a temporary internet outage at your NOC never locks you out.
What happens if my license lapses?
The license server arms your installation continuously. If a license expires, new authorizations pause until it's renewed — your data, configuration and history stay intact throughout.
Who owns the data?
You do, unambiguously. It's your server and your PostgreSQL database, and every report exports to files. If you leave, your data doesn't have to negotiate its way out of someone else's cloud.
What counts toward my customer limit?
Active customer accounts on the installation. Expired and disabled accounts you keep for records don't lock you out — you're prompted to upgrade when active accounts reach your licensed capacity.
Can I add NAS devices without changing tiers?
Each tier includes a set number of NAS devices — one on Starter, up to ten on Ultra. If your fleet outgrows the tier before your subscriber count does, tell us and we'll quote extra devices rather than force a capacity jump you don't need.
Are any features locked behind higher tiers?
No. Every licence runs the complete product — all modules, all six reseller tiers, all themes. You only ever pay for capacity.
Do I have to buy all three products?
No. Dream Radius and NAT Syslog are licensed separately and each runs on its own. Dream Billing App is the exception: it bills from the subscribers Dream Radius manages, so it is only sold bundled with Dream Radius. Start with one product and add another whenever you need it — there is no re-platforming to do later.
Is there a discount for taking more than one?
Yes — bundles carry fixed prices well below the products bought separately. Dream Radius + Billing starts at $27/month, Dream Radius + NAT Syslog at $39/month, and all three at $49/month, each billed as a single licence with one renewal date. Larger capacities are on the pricing page; beyond 10,000 subscribers, ask and we'll price it.
Can the three products run on one server?
For most ISPs, yes. Dream Radius and Dream Billing share a Docker stack comfortably; NAT Syslog's ClickHouse store is happier with its own disk once event volume climbs. Tell us your subscriber count and we'll advise the split.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. The license tier is a capacity setting, not a reinstall — moving up or down changes your limits and your monthly price, nothing else.
